Steps to Request Profile Deletion
1. Open the Learner App
• Launch the Learner app on your mobile device.
2. Go to the Profile Screen
• From the dashboard, tap the Profile option in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Access Settings
• On the Profile screen, tap on Settings.
• This will open the Settings screen.
4. Request Profile Deletion
• In the Settings screen, scroll down to the Profile section.
• Tap on Request Profile Deletion.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.
5. Post Deletion Request
• Once you confirm your deletion request, you will be automatically logged out of the app.
Important Information
• 30-Day Grace Period
• Post submitting your profile deletion request, you have 30 days to log in and cancel the deletion if you change your mind.
• Logging in during this period will prevent deletion and keep your TuneClub profile intact.
• Permanent Deletion
• If you do not log in within 30 days, your profile and all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
