What You Will Be Doing - Facilitate small-cohort workshops following a structured, playbook-based curriculum
- Conduct 1:1 and small-group motivational sessions designed to inspire students toward ambitious achievement targets
- Apply storytelling, vocal dynamics, and enthusiasm to captivate learners and support mastery of challenging concepts
- Leverage AI tools and individual student data to customize incentive strategies and sustain high engagement
- Monitor student advancement, conduct mastery-focused evaluations, and refine approaches based on outcomes
Basic Requirements 2nd Grade Teacher key responsibilities - Minimum 3 years working with groups of children ages 4–8 (in educational settings, afterschool programs, coaching, or comparable environments)
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Proven record of academic achievement (examples: National Merit Scholar, early college enrollment, academic competition participation)
- Available to work on-site at the GT campus in Georgetown, TX
- Authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
