Job Description

Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a fantastic, CDMO who is hiring for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team.  This is a direct hire or contract to hire opportunity, offering competitive pay and benefits, working onsite. This person would be supporting day-to-day quality assurance activities on the manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct batch record review and support real-time documentation practices.
2. Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with GMP and internal procedures.
3. Identify and escalate quality issues observed during manufacturing.
4. Ensure adherence to QA protocols and assist in enforcing quality standards on the floor.
5. Support internal audits and readiness for external inspections.
6. Collaborate closely with Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree combined with 3 to 5 years of experience in a GMP-regulated, pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
2. Strong understanding of QA principles and current Good Manufacturing Practices.
3. Experience with line clearance, batch documentation, and material movement.
4. Ability to work independently on the manufacturing floor in a fast-paced setting.
