Request for Proposals (RFP)  for Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Services

NATURE OF SERVICES:
World Renew is seeking to partner with a qualified agency or vendor to provide strategic and tactical support for Search Engine Marketing (SEM). The selected partner will manage, optimize, and expand World Renew's digital advertising efforts across the Google Suite of products (Google Ads, Search Console, and Merchant Center). Services will require up to 15 hours per week of support, with the objective of increasing website traffic, improving engagement, generating new leads, and converting new donors.

Agencies with experience working with charitable organizations, not-for-profits, or cause-driven campaigns are strongly encouraged to apply.

CONTRACTING ENTITY:
World Renew is an international and domestic charity, with headquarters located in Canada and the United States. We specialize in community development, disaster response (in North America and internationally), and peace and justice work. Guided by faith and committed to justice, World Renew partners with communities to help eradicate poverty, respond to disasters, and advance peacebuilding efforts.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:
Flexible/Remote.
Vendor must be available to collaborate with World Renew's marketing team during EST business hours.

TIMEFRAME:
The anticipated start date for services is October 1, 2025 . The initial period of performance is expected to be 12 months.

• Selection Date: September 24, 2025
• Contract Start Date: October 1, 2025

SCOPE OF WORK:
The selected agency or vendor will provide the following services:

• Google Ads
• Manage and optimize existing campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and A/B testing for U.S.-based audiences.
• Develop new ad campaigns aligned with World Renew's organizational and marketing goals.
• Provide recommendations for landing page optimization.
• Monitor and adjust strategies in consultation with the marketing team.
• Google Search Console
• Monitor site performance and indexing issues.
• Recommend SEO improvements and support technical fixes.
• Google Merchant Center
• Maintain and optimize product feeds.
• Ensure compliance with Google policies.
• Develop and manage Shopping campaigns (if applicable).
• Reporting & Strategy
• Provide monthly performance reports and actionable insights.
• Recommend adjustments to campaigns and SEO strategy.
• Collaborate with World Renew to align SEM with broader organizational goals.

DELIVERABLES:
Through this partnership, World Renew aims to achieve:

• Increased qualified website traffic.
• Improved engagement metrics (e.g., time on site, bounce rate).
• Growth in lead generation and donor conversions.
• Enhanced visibility of World Renew's programs and initiatives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Demonstrated experience delivering SEM services for charitable organizations, nonprofits, or cause-driven campaigns.
• Proven expertise in managing Google Ads, Search Console, and Merchant Center.
• Ability to analyze SEM data, optimize campaigns, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to align SEM efforts with organizational marketing strategies.
• Experience in faith-based, justice-driven, or donor-focused campaigns is preferred.
