You love hygiene—but maybe not just hygiene? If you’re skilled with a scaler but also miss the variety and creativity that dental assisting brought into your day, then keep reading! You can do BOTH with our team, which is all about great care, laughter, and—did we mention—our office dog, Benny? He’s basically the office celebrity, and he’s waiting for you to pet him!

Here’s what you’ll love about us:

• 16 hours of paid CE time to keep your skills sharp

Your Schedule, Your Sunshine:

• Full-time, 32 hours/week
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 
• Wednesdays off —yes, really—a mid-week breather!

For now:

• Monday, Thursday & Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (so you can catch some daylight and still have time to do something fun after work!)
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Starting in late March:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (same hours every day — a little gift from the schedule gods!)

And here’s the real-talk part: We’ll soon be welcoming a new associate dentist, and with that comes… some unknowns. Schedules may evolve over time, and right now we honestly don’t have all the answers yet. What we do know is that we care deeply about our people, we communicate early and often, and we’ll navigate any changes thoughtfully — with as much balance and flexibility as possible.

What we’re looking for:

• A curious soul who loves to learn and is always looking for their next “aha!” moment (aka- a lifelong learner!)
• A teammate through and through—someone who lifts others up and knows how to lean on their crew when needed
• Someone who gets a little spark in their eye when they hear the word “innovation”
• Reliable, ready to roll up their sleeves, and maybe sneak in a quick belly rub for Benny between patients!

Your Day-to-Day (Never Exactly the Same):

• Partner with the dentist to co-diagnose and keep our patients smiling
• Do your hygiene thing—cleanings, SRPs, debridements, you know the drill (pun intended)
• Give local anesthetic and jump in to assist with restorative care
• Help keep our ops clean and cozy, and our instruments squeaky and sterile
• Make beautiful temps, scan with our Trios Scanner, and design crowns in-house (yes, it’s as cool as it sounds!)
• Snap some awesome digital X-rays and some seriously sweet intraoral photos
• Keep charts accurate and help the day run like a dream
• Make patients feel seen, safe, and genuinely cared for (humor always welcome!)
• Start the day with a morning huddle—and yes, it’s usually a good time! 
• Oh! And say hi to Benny every morning (he says it’s mandatory!)
